2. SMS Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number through the SMS sign-up form at mcmprivatecare.com/sms and checking the SMS consent box, OR by giving verbal consent during a phone consultation with our intake team, you agree to the following:

Program Description

The MCM Private Care SMS program is a Customer Care messaging program. We use SMS to confirm appointments, coordinate caregiver arrival, share care updates, send follow-up messages, and respond to inquiries you initiate.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your active care needs and the messages you initiate.

Cost

MCM does not charge a fee for receiving SMS messages from this program. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further messages unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers

The program is supported on the following major US carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information you submit through the SMS sign-up form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Care Services

Information on this site about our home care services is for general informational purposes. A formal care plan and agreement will be provided in writing prior to the start of any care services.

4. Changes to These Terms
