No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to third-party subprocessors used to operate the SMS program (for example, our SMS infrastructure provider Twilio, Inc.) is limited to what is necessary to deliver messages you have consented to receive, and these subprocessors are contractually required to protect that information.
4. Health Information (HIPAA)
MCM Private Care follows the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) where applicable to our care services. We do not transmit protected health information (PHI) through unsecured SMS. SMS messages from this program are limited to general care coordination (e.g., appointment times, caregiver arrival notifications) and do not contain detailed medical information.
5. Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as you remain a client, prospective client, or SMS subscriber, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal and business obligations. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message
- Request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@mcmhomehealth.com
- Opt out of email by clicking unsubscribe in any email or contacting us directly

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand site usage. These tools may use cookies to collect anonymized data about your visit. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults seeking home care. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
